Is Tobi in fact an Uchiha? Could this be why he does not have the same capabilities as Madara? I have had my doubts about this, regardless of what he claims to be.

Zetsu can't use them either and we all know Tobi body parts are made of the white Zetsu. Which probably means he can't use them either.

His chakra reserves are pretty high, controlling all the paths, sharingan, complete izanagi, etc. And to even wield the rinnegan you need a lot of chakra or you'll be worn out.

yeah i find it weird he only used his sharingan abilities while fighting danzo..and never sen his jutsu's..even with yondaime hokage also..and anyone noticed that tobi has uchiha crest on his cloak? does this mean he is someone from uchiha?

My guess is if Tobi can use ninjutsu then everybody is gonna make assumption on who he is base on the element attack he deliver..

kishi just want to conceal his identity more that way by just allow him to use S/T.

beside he did use earth release before and occasionally during the 6 path fight against naruto & bee.
( or when paring with deidara vs sasuke but that was long ago )

he use earth release to go underground. some might argue it's S/T but it could be earth release.

Not really. Right now his S/T jutsu is enough ( his rinnegan techs might interfere with it ).


Remember, he used outer path to control gedo mazo, and he even surpassed Nagato with the seals.
