Lol, long title. Training with Riku would've sufficed XD.
Anyway, idk if Rei already told you this (since it's not really a RULE but it's kind of my rule lol), but since your still just beginning, I'll say it. Through most jutsu (excluding taijutsu), there are only three major, but simple steps, especially the early jutsu:
1. Picture the image of however you want to apply the chakra.
2. Focus your chakra to wherever it can easily be used for the next step. (obviously)
3. Apply the chakra using the image as a guide.
Example, and I'll use a high level jutsu to show you that these rules range widely:
Raikiri (Lightning Blade)
Type:Attack
Rank: S
Range:Short
Chakra cost:40
Damage Points:80
Descripton: A more concentrated version of Chidori.
First, I need to picture a razor sharp mass of lightning in my hand. Then I need to focus my chakra to my hand, making it easily accessible for the next step, which would be finally appling the chakra to the use that I imagined in my head as a guide.
*sharp lightning appears in my hand*
As long as you understand that, the training will be easy, as will using those jutsu in battle. And don't worry, it doesn't take nearly as long as it sounds.
Even in genjutsu, your simply applying your chakra to your opponents mind and then manipulating it.
Understand? If so, what do you want to start off with?
ok,
it works with how fast it is and the flaxability of the user body , no ,
use my speed and muscle powers lol
another taijutsu
after the oponant uses an jutsu ( strong one or not )
who was that sensei ?

But the bottom part, not so much. Speaking in terms of NB, we aren't allowed to "avoid" jutsu. Meaning that taijutsu would really be a last resort more than most of the time, like when you need to save chakra, or stall. Taijutsu should really only be used if you have someone, or something, to back you up. Because a foot vs a fire ball, no matter if it's S rank taijutsu vs D rank fire, the fire would still win since your body would be in it. So in truth, taijutsu isn't to be used very loosely, exceptions being someone like Lee, and you will have the sharingan so you can risk it sometimes.
The attributes part would be speed and strength as well as flexibility and reflexes (which somewhat falls under speed). All of those are for reasons that are obvious enough. Basically, taijutsu requires you to be extremely physically fit.
All in all, I would put what you said in much different words, but you have the general concept lol.

Ok, now, I want to you to do 150 push-ups and 20 laps around these plains.
*sits on your back when you start doing the push-ups*
Lol, a little too quick, I was expecting two posts XD, slow down bro, we have a lot of training to do, we probably won't even finish today. Now, we just need to do a few warm-ups before you start doing actual taijutsu moves.
For taijutsu, you want to focus chakra into whatever spot you're using. If you're using your arm, you want to focus chakra into your hand. And then on contact, you're releasing the chakra in one blow.
