Wait wha? Lightning and fire chakra? There's no need for elemental chakra in taijutsu.

Once more, just focus your normal chakra in your should and arm. And then release the chakra on contact.

Lol, you don't use elemental chakra with taijutsu, it's just a waste. Like I said, do it with normal chakra, NOT elemental which is what you did.
