If you were thinking about using that jutsu to protect against Kirin, it won't work. Simply because Kirin will strike through it, and other reason is that thats a large amount of water, right over you, and can it stay up there floating? No.
And if you were going to protect against that Wind-Fire attack he used against you, it wont protect you if you put the water over your head. You can't use a B-rank jutsu to protect yourself against a combination of 2 A-rank jutsus.

also I never posted if I attacked the real him or his clones so I can say that his clones were dead is that ok Chidori-sasuke?
So u got no clones and sent me a water dragon easy enough
