While sasuke makes up for what he lacks physically with the sages Dojutsu/power chakra such as Rinnegan jutsu's, S/T jutsu, Susanoo, powerful chakra and so on.

Well he have some tinkered Hashirama cell's/chakra which boost his base physical abilities. Added that he have Hagoromo's chakra to it it should be at best close to it. But on par? Sasuke must have done some intense training while he was away for a few years.

Sasuke's shown that opening a portal to different dimensions doesn't take away his abilities right away as seen in the manga and the movie. Even then, it's not all that surprising that Sasuke can use his chakra to enhanced his physical power given his level of chakra control.

Naruto resisted her hold on him whereas Sasuke couldn't.

Kaguya/Black Zetsu acknowledging themselves that they didn't know how to deal with Naruto.

That's because VOTE 2 Sasuke was weaker than Naruto. Whenever Naruto gets a new power, he attains 90% of it instantly, whereas Sasuke only gets around 50% (assumed figures of course). Later on, they both reach 100% with Sasuke's powers developing at a faster rate. Sasuke's powers in VOTE 2 were relatively new, so they didn't match Naruto's powers then. All that development that you listed leveled him up. And currently, Sasuke is potentially slightly superior to Naruto because of his higher skill level (only at this point in time) and the nature and capability of his techniques.

Chakra increases base strength. We know for a fact that Uchihas have potent chakra and the Sage gave him more of it. So, it does make sense that he has shown such feats. I don't think chakra alone actually increases physical strength outside of unique chakra like Bijuu/Senjutsu. It can be used to enhance punching power, Kicking power like CES or used to jump really high by using chakra as a propulsion system like he did against haku but i don't think it actually effects the muscles of the body.

Yes that's a feat for sasuke but problem with that scan is, Even though he did one shot that large bear, Sasuke at the same age as far as i can remember still never really showed dominant physical strength over naruto during their little scuffles. If indeed that was the case. (unless this scan was after he had left to be with oro)
