Well he have some tinkered Hashirama cell's/chakra which boost his base physical abilities. Added that he have Hagoromo's chakra to it it should be at best close to it. But on par? Sasuke must have done some intense training while he was away for a few years.

Sasuke also have Hashirama's chakra and tinkered Hashirama cell's.An chakra exhausted Naruto who had an unknown amount of energy drained from him. Sasuke's shown that opening a portal to different dimensions doesn't take away his abilities right away as seen in the manga and the movie. Even then, it's not all that surprising that Sasuke can use his chakra to enhanced his physical power given his level of chakra control.
That was before Naruto's power increased further by gaining Hashirama's cells and Kurama's full power. I'm not so sure that Sasuke's Susanoo would be its equal now.

He acknowledged that BSM was above him before him and Naruto received Hagoromo's power. Obviously, that means that Naruto was still above him in overall powerpost power up , all you'd need to do is look at their performance against Kaguya.
Naruto could clash against her briefly. Sasuke's Susanoo gets destroyed easily.
Naruto resisted her hold on him whereas Sasuke couldn't.
Kaguya/Black Zetsu acknowledging themselves that they didn't know how to deal with Naruto.
Naruto plowed through the chakra hands that destroyed Sasuke's Susanoo with no problem.
Sasuke couldn't hit an chakra exhausted Kaguya whereas Naruto could blitz her.
With all of the above being stated and shown in the series, it's reasonable why Sasuke needed to catch up with Naruto's power, which he did by adulthood
False Sasuke was just jealous because Naruto had and could control all of kurama's chakra with ease. It had nothing to do with his power.
Naruto used a TSB vs her and still got sent flying.
Naruto tore BZ off of them Sasuke didn't do anything because I don't know he was stunned to learn that his clan was a pawn!!

Intense training isn't even the word for it, Sasuke must of discovered some sort of Super steroid in one of kaguya's dimensions and been taking that shit like candy for him to reach RSM levels of strength in base form.
I mean base sasuke would make base naruto look like little baby in terms of physical strength it wouldn't even be funny the gap between their base modes if sasuke could match RSM.
The stronger physically base naruto is the more of a boost he would get from RSM.
So if people believe sasuke matches RSM physically, He completely embarrasses base naruto to the point that base naruto is nothing but complete and utter fodder before even sharinganless sasuke due to the monumental gap between their base forms physically, let alone with his sharingan active.

That's because VOTE 2 Sasuke was weaker than Naruto. Whenever Naruto gets a new power, he attains 90% of it instantly, whereas Sasuke only gets around 50% (assumed figures of course). Later on, they both reach 100% with Sasuke's powers developing at a faster rate. Sasuke's powers in VOTE 2 were relatively new, so they didn't match Naruto's powers then. All that development that you listed leveled him up. And currently, Sasuke is potentially slightly superior to Naruto because of his higher skill level (only at this point in time) and the nature and capability of his techniques.
Did he really need to catch up? It was always Naruto that needed a powerup to even the odds. Rinnegan is more powerful than chakra, as it will always trump it no matter what. I don't see any reason to doubt Sasuke's superority here.
No, it wasn't. And no, he didn't.
Chakra increases base strength. We know for a fact that Uchihas have potent chakra and the Sage gave him more of it. So, it does make sense that he has shown such feats. Remember how he kicked a large bear at the age of 12 like it was nothing? I don't recall Naruto doing any such thing in base form back then. He had to gain SM to overpower enemies nearly half that size.

I don't think chakra alone actually increases physical strength outside of unique chakra like Bijuu/Senjutsu. It can be used to enhance punching power, Kicking power like CES or used to jump really high by using chakra as a propulsion system like he did against haku but i don't think it actually effects the muscles of the body.

Yes that's a feat for sasuke but problem with that scan is, Even though he did one shot that large bear, Sasuke at the same age as far as i can remember still never really showed dominant physical strength over naruto during their little scuffles. If indeed that was the case. (unless this scan was after he had left to be with oro)

Sasuke matching RSM naruto's speed and strength in coordinated attack against Momoshiki =/= Sasuke is as fast as Naruto at all
Coordinated attacks can't be interpreted to equality ,if so then Darui is as fast as v1 Ay and part 1 kakashi is as fast as Base Gai despite manga stating otherwise .
