Kytea was not much of a fighter, she much preferred to swindle people with what she had to offer them, but this man was interested in seeing what she had in terms of power. And she was quite modest about it. However there was an interest on her side, seeing a Hyuga in action was always a unique opportunity to maybe add those eyes to a collection... uh... of memory, yes memories. No harvesting eyes Kytea, it's rude. She wore he usual outfit, not fighting gear in the least except for the grass cutter she had sheathed across the back of her waist
"So. Ladies First?"
She dashed forward to close the gap. She knew charging head first like this was not the best option, but she held no fear in her heart. After all, it was just a friendly altercation. Kytea closed the distance and upon doing so launched upward, thrusting her right knee up and arching her back to strike the underneath of the Hyuga's chin to force him upwards. As she fell back to the ground and the Hyuga rose form the strike, she would punch him with both fists in his chest and send him flying backwards. She would land and dust off her skirt.
"Oh, I'm already tired."

The warm light of the sun shone brightly on the plan grasslands, with a gentle breeze moving through the leaves. The smell of spring. It is just too good to be true, Dokja thought, a split second before he saw a very strangely dressed lady approach him at a distance. Her clothes were dark and tattered, her eyes golden and skin; pale. A doll pretending to be human, so edgy and lifeless in an environment that celebrated the birth of new seasons. Though Dokja wasn't the one to judge. Out appearances are never guarantee to be indicative of what lies inside anyway. For now, these was no sense of malice coming from the individual. He kept staring at her as he started to process the information in his head, her silhouette, her movements, and what she was going to do next. Would she draw her blade? Would she create fire and water out of thin air? or was it something far less threatening?
Dokja now has his answers ready to those questions. Seeing the women approaching him rapidly, he realized it had begun. He could track her incredibly well; albeit she moved around similar to as fast as he would. Of course, that could change at any moment and complacency wasn't a luxury he was going to take. Dokja couldn't not think of other variables. Watching closely, he looked at the course of action his opponent had planned. Stopping just at the striking range of her limbs, his opponent arches her back backwards, signaling threat. Dokja preemptively builds chakra around his body, as he watches the knee land on his chin, only for the incoming knee to pass through upwards, displacing some liquid by sheer force of the technique. Using this timeframe, Dokja swiftly moves backwards in a fluid motion to create effective distance of 5 meters after his successful water replacement and begins to speak for the first time.
"I thought we exchanged pleasantries before jumping into action around these parts, at least that's what the classy people say. Lady, would I interest you in continuing this spar? I promise to take it seriously now."
With this, Dojka begins to perform a long, but rapid series of hand seals [Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake] by which at the end, he reveals his white eyes that gave him unmatched perception and a pseudo-omnidirectional vision. It also gave him an opportunity to look at his opponent before him and her chakra circulatory system. Surprisingly, in this case, the lack of one.

Description: The kekkei genkai intrinsic to both the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans—descendants of Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Those who possess this dōjutsu have it manifested as eyes with featureless white irides and no visible pupils. And when activated, the pupils become more distinct and the veins near their temples bulge. To activate the dōjutsu, Hyuga but not Ōtsutsuki clan members are initially obliged to use a rather long and specific sequence of handseals: Horse → Tiger → Boar → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar → Snake. But once activated, the dōjutsu user is endowed with a range of skills.
To start, an activated Byakugan gives the user a near 360º diameter field of vision bar one blind spot at the back of the neck, above the first thoracic vertebra. Its vision can penetrate through any solid objects or obstructions, and likewise remains unaffected by blinding interferences. But that being said, certain barriers and the like may distort its perception. In addition, it is able to follow high-speed movements, which enables those with this dōjutsu to analyze their foes' actions and better react to them. The Byakugan is also able to see chakra to a higher degree than the Sharingan and ergo, identify where a person's chakra signature originates from. Beyond that, it can discern certain types of clones from the real person. And its ability to see chakra is in fact so acute that those who possess this dōjutsu are even able to see the chakra pathway system and the 361 tenketsu that comprise it. The Hyūga clan has gone so far as to develop their unique Gentle Fist style in order to capitalize on this particular ability.
Note: Hyuga clan bios of at least Jonin rank become able to passively activate their dōjutsu upon one month having passed since Gentle Fist training concluded. Ōtsutsuki bios never need to expend a move in order to activate it.
Note: While traversing the NW, bios with activated Byakugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away while those of sage rank can see as far as three away, but this doesn't extend beyond an ocean landmark.
As Kytea's knee rose she made contact indeed, but with some water ninjutsu that allowed him to avoid the physical repercussions of taking such a hit. She landed and began walking towards him as he spoke and then performing a long string of hand seals, she was smiling her hands out to her side as if presenting herself - raising her chin.
"You like what you see?"
She said as his eyes changed, flexing and straining with the veins of the Byakugan. She had closed the distance again as he had taken the time to activate it. Just after they activated and she spoke, she lay down a combo. With her left she punches him in the chest, quickly following up with a right low underarm punch to the gut to make him keel forward. As he does so her left hand would meet his face, an open palm thrust connecting with some force that would cause him to fall back onto the ground.

"Ah shit." The expression of the lady before him worried Dokja, even though it wasn't filled with negative intent. He felt a hint of nervousness inside, forcing him to smile back almost instinctively while raising several questions in his head, "How is this person so strong when I can't sense an ounce of chakra from her?" Her punch might not have damaged him but it carried palpable force incomparable to what someone of that size could produce - especially considering there was no chakra reinforcement on those fists. He knew there was something amiss, and he had to wait some more time to get the answer.
"I wouldn't say I dislike it, but my curiosity has begun to get the better of me. If you don't mind me asking, What are you, lady?
The assault began once more. He looked at the slightly forward posture, bent knees and the headstrong aura she was giving off. A jaguar pounching towards its prey. As she began approaching him the second time, this time he could track her even better (12 tracking previous round, 36 currently) but didn't want to undermine her close combat techniques either. The instant he activates his Byakugan, he sees her movement as clearly as possible - another linear attack heading to harm him. Bending slightly on his knees, left knee forward and right behind, he assumes a standard stance all while placihng his right hand on the hilt of his sword - a one fluid motion drawn from purely muscle memory, while molding chakra through his hands. In a swift motion towards the incoming foe he extends his sword forward, drawing it through the holster and releasing a stream of forceful water towards the legs of his opponent. This water was strong enough to knock her over and cause damage, though more importantly focused on taking away the most crucial part of a Taijutsu combatant; balance. Continuing to mold the chakra, this time he opts to follow up immediately with a wind technique. The arch of his sword swung diagonal from top right to bottom left, he releases a wave of cutting wind in the same arc, restricting her directions of escape and knocking her back on impact.

An amusing response to say the least, it made Kytea smirk anyway. "I'm just a humble Merchant." It was easy to see what her opponent was going for, she had closed the distance already through his Byakugan activation and he was now taking a stance to prepare a sword attack. Not dealing with the incoming blade would be a mistake.
As the Hyuga drew his sword, his aim going for a low strike in an arcing slice as it was the only natural way for him to unsheathe it. Kytea threw a low quick left kick from where she was, twisting her body it would meet with Dokja's hand before he could fully swipe it in front of him. She would kick the right side of his right hand and butt of the blade with the strike, serving as both a defence and disarm possibly kicking the blade to the side. The swirling water clattering useless over there with no purchase to follow through.
With the blade kicked away, her leg would redirect backwards using the back heel to strike at Dokja's left knee, coming down on it with not much distance between where she finished her first kick and his knee. It would crunch into it and cause him to stumble to the floor. Kytea could follow her leg through and stand normally above him. If he were to remain kneeling she would perform a right punch across the left-side of Dokja's cheek.
"You didn't have to bow, A Merchant is but a humble role... for now."

She isn't giving me a moment's of rest, Dokja thought, as she changed her stance into a different one, obviously aiming for a kick. She hadn't given him time to release any jutsu of his own, constantly leaving him on the defensive. There lies my clue. It seemed like even though he could track it, but it was still physically difficult to dodge things since they were of similar speed. However, he couldn't let his far superior vision get to waste like this either. As her leg strikes the hilt of the sword, already predicting the path of her body - which was currently in huge imbalance, Dojka loosens his grip and effectively 'drops'/or places it at the point of contact. This allows the sword to get pushed away but not his hand, since it had already let go of the grip and pulled away from the trajectory of the leg. In the same instance, he extends his left arm from underneath where his right arm is, to release a wall of spinning wind that pushes her back with small cuts around her leg - highly likely to make her fall over.

Immediately, he channels chakra in his right hand to form an orb of water that diverges into multiple spears that attacks his opponent from four angles diagonal to her body.

After successfully kicking the Hyuga's blade out of his hand. She had her opening and had no reason not to continue her assault as the counterattack was not viable enough to affect her, plus it was hard to see what his hand did at this angle. Her foot would just smash straight through the Wind Wall, her Taijutsu enhanced attacks stronger than the average elemental technique. Her foot connecting with the knee of Dokja and causing him to stumble. Her leg wouldn't receive the cuts the wind would usually cause. This gaunt merchant seemed to have a durability that most usually didn't.

With the Wind Wall faltering and her attack still managing to go through, Kytea had no reason to change up her attack - still going through with the intended right Punch to his the left side of his face to put him on the ground incapacitated.
"Unfortunate, your energy faltered. Maybe I can offer you a salve to improve that?" Kytea smiled at him, clasping her hands together as she looked over him.

Hmm, I think my wording made it difficult to understand the time-line of events.
Action 1 (Kytea): You kick the blade away, only the blade as I'm already letting go of it in anticipation of your move. (You can consider it the 1 freeform dodge allowed per turn)
Action 2 (Dokja): During the time your leg is extended, I simply place my arms forward around your torso to release a wall of wind that pushes you backwards a little bit, doing minimal damage. Action 3 (Dokja): I perform the Droplet Spear I've been busy with IRL stuff so I'll just continue before this point.
Pushing his opponent at a couple of meters away, Dokja realizes he can't let the CQC heavy opponent continue with the assault. He hadn't taken any offensive stances yet himself, but that was because he wanted to consider at most all the immediate variables that could come to play. It was time to switch up. With his right hand, in an instant after he performs his previous technique, he punches forward to release a large gust of wind aimed towards his opponent - the size and speed of his technique making it near impossible to avoid from up front at short range. This would not only hurt his opponent but knock them back several meters when hit. Following up, he uses water from the surroundings to create a thick mist around the vicinity, masking his presence. His Byakugan, however, allows him to perfectly track his opponent nonetheless.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
I understand the Timeframe. I never assumed/intended in my post to interrupt your wind wall, I just assumed because of the Strong Fist specialty I could kick through it meaning you didn't interrupt my set of moves previously allowing them to go through with update: HERE - but again I'm not sure the parameters of said specialty? It might not have worked.
I'm fine with continuing however.
With Kytea pushed away from her opponent, there was a bit of distance between the two of them. Since she could not close the gap or face ninjutsu head on as such a humble merchant. Her abilities were not yet developed enough to counter the Hurricane Fist that approached her. She would be hit by it and thrown to the floor, knocked out with a sigh.
Dokja goes over and checks the knocked out opponent ahead of him. Seeing how some of the minor cuts were being already healed upon getting closer, he realized he didn't worry about having to take care of her and thus exits the battleground.
