How does dojutsu users counter Chomei's blinding scale powder? Imagine Naruto uses chomei's power, which perfectly fits with his sensing prowess.

Bruh are you serious. You are asking how do Dojutsu users combat a luminous jutsu after seeing Sasuke's PS stopping the IT's rays.

Regular Sharingan genjutsu also saw through Flash Piller remember.

Pretty sure it can be dispersed by any normal means. But the Byakugan doesn't see chakra constructs, so they would still see Naruto through the cloud.

Or, ya know, closing your eyes works.

Susano'o is also opaque enough to block that light, the same as Bee's sunglasses.

Do you even read manga before making hater threads ? C's light genjutsu failed against him, IT failed against him, why would that technique work ? He also has Susano'o to block himself, S/t to teleport himself out of the cloud, and wind release to blow the powder away.
