There is nothing to justify the Sabo wank at this stage, besides the fact that he is new and oh boy that's so exciting, It's like Christmas morning for some of you, who can't wait to play with their new toy.
Yeah well, maybe if you carefully read my post you didn't need to waste this piece of the internet to try and lecture me. But keep going an write unrelated stuff, I didn't expect counter arguments from you anyway.
Not to sound like an internet tough guy, but what you say on this subject really doesn't matter at this point. What is fact, right now, is "the whole lot of them are being held back" by Sabo. This isn't someone who is far away and hearing about this happening, this is someone who has witnessed it all go down while it's going down. This is an enemy of Sabo's, so he has no reason to hype Sabo up and make him feel better.
The whole lot of them include Admiral Fujitora, Vice-Admiral Bastille, and thousands of Marine foot.
"Are being held back" means the action of them being held back has already started, and is currently still happening. If you say someone "is running", you don't picture them putting on their running shoes, or just arriving at the track do you? No, you picture them already running, already in motion, already doing the action. You cannot ignore what the laws of grammar mean in and for exposition just to convenience yourself and your opinion. Yeah, Fuji could just be holding back and hasn't gotten serious with Sabo yet. He could bust out some powers and whoop his ass, so we shouldn't hype him. But I could just as easily say that Sabo, right now, is using a power he has gotten that very day only, and is still holding them back. I could just as easily point out that Sabo isn't currently going all out either. I could say "Maybe Sabo has orders from Dragon not to stir up too much trouble, so he's going to not go all out at all and simply distract Fujitora and his Marines to buy his allies some time. Shit, maybe he came up with that order himself."
Sabo is second in command to a large organization, second only to Dragon himself and ahead of the likes of Kuma and Ivakanov. Neither of whom were manhandled by the way. And if you wanna say "Oh Iva was manhandled by an Admiral", well, that could easily backfire on you. Sabo is stronger than Iva, or at the very least, ranked higher, so then he must be pretty close to Admiral level.
Whether you want to admit it or not, the manga has currently given us information that hypes Sabo to Admiral level. If the manga gives us information that shows otherwise, then all will happen is our opinions will need to be accommodated, and you'll get your e-cookie in whatever e-mail you registered in this site with.
