I would say Mihawk mid-difficulty. Both are strong but i think Mihawk has stronger haki than Doflamingo but then again we've seen Doflamingo having the "conquerors haki" ....

Lol, whenever doflamingo tries to talk to him. He always give the cold shoulder imo. Usually a guy would like doffy would attack the person but doffy knows of mihawks strength so

He can probably cut the strings. Its not easy, but it can be done with good Haki IMO.

Even Law stopped Doffy's strongest string attack, overheat. IMO Law isn't as skilled with swordsmenship as some like Zoro who much weaker than Mihawk. Mihawk can prob. do it with ease.
