Who do you think would win? Everyone already knows that Doflamingo's head was cut off by Kyros but this doesn't mean he was defeated by him. I have to go with Doflamingo for the win.

He was clearly taken by surprise, if both know each other is there it's five coloured string KO or he takes control of Kyros and lops his head off.

If anyones being underestimated here it's kyros. It's hard to call but whichever way it went would be with extreme diff. DD is an experienced new world pirate with a pretty hax df power and from what we've seen of kyros the guy doesn't stop for anyone or thing and is fast enough on one leg to get the jump on doflamingo as well as having the power to cleave his head clean off.
