I'll go with Beckman aswell based on hype and some logic. He seemed to be equal or stronger than Kizaru.
And then Shanks' crew is very small yet Shanks is a yonko. It only makes sense that his crew are as individuals very strong.
And Beckman is the 2nd in charge
But Doflamingo could give him a decent fight I think

ThAt is true but when I say warlord level I'm actually referring to the power class of mihawk and doflamingo and Kuma and Boa, the rest warlords are fodder and need to be replaced asap

beckman because he is the firstmate of shanks and yes i believe he is a strong fighter in shanks crew next to shanks and i basically think that every firstmate of a crew is strong next to their captains level because if anything happens to captain he should be able to take command and lead the crew
