So I was checking Doffy's page after reading another thread here and saw it says deceased(41). Do you think they know something more than the average reader or are they just updating based off the last chapter/images we have. Wouldn't it make more sense to just put presumed dead or something rather than put deceased at least until we know something. Do you think they have more info than the average reader?

Whether the people who make the wiki make predictions or not, they need to abide by what's apparent in the manga, and it appears he died.

But that shouldn't be true, it might change next chapter.

Nah, edited by regular people, like the ordinary wikipedia.
It is possible that someone who knows more than us regulars do edited it, highly unlikely any editor on that site found out about anyhting we don't know a day or two ago.

Let me put it this way: there isn't a shred of difference between their admins and ours. They don't know anything more than us, there is absolutely no difference between the people who made that wiki, update it and the people who just read OP each week.

Ironically enough many wiki mods annoy me. I once added something to the OP wikia, which then was removed for some reason and I once saw an argument on the Avatar: TLA/LoK wikia about the opening scenes of LoK where they didn't want to acknowledge that the airbender in the opening scenes was a grown up Aang, even though it was fairly obvious, till a grown up Aang was shown in the series.

They pretty much got double standards on all these wikia's. People add stuff mostly from a subjective point of view, but they want to deposit it as being objective. I also notice that when people make RP bios where they copied a lot of stuff of Narutopedia, character are completely milked out so that even the tiniest detail sounds important.

It's highly unlikely that Doflamingo is really dead, so the most logical approach would be simply say 'presumably deceased' or just nothing at all till there is some clarity about the situation, but they want to update everything as soon as possible, but on the other hand want only to provide the 'truth'.

On this one those aho's have it straight guy shown with no head means guy dead, till proven not but on the Sabo page they contradict themselves by making the assumption that that is Sabo even though its most probable that it is Sabo they shld not say its him withought proven and tangible evidance from the manga or Oda so until its Shown to b sabo they shld phase it as someone from luffy's past.

and what are you implying?
If I now make a OP wikia of my own, there wouldn't be any real difference between them and me. They know as much as we do, they have no privileged status, they don't get any more info than we do.

In the manga it's shown that he "died"
But I doubt he actually did.
In the manga it was shown his head was cut off. In the regular world and in a slice of life series that's pretty much a 100% guarantee that you're dead, however not in a fantasy/supernatural based series. There are countless of OP characters who can survive decapitation and many more who can survive it if the correct person is close by.
