yeah, sasuke cannot beat him
even with EMS
and he cannot break tsuku
tsuku does work on sasuke
and i think this is the main stream of this thread

I dont think that Sasuke with EMS would have problems with breaking it, if even regular Sharingan can.

and this is EMS (not Greatly drawn but maybe it's drawn while it was turning that's why it ain't clear.) : sasuke can't use MS anymore it's not a switch like rinnegan and Ems (madara's case) sasuke now has Ems and Only It along with Basic Sharingan
