Thats not what Im talking about. Uchiha with Sharingan can brake Tsukiyomi from inside. He has more than enough time there. If Itachi said that, its possible.

Lol you just ecxplained how Tsukiyomi works. I already know that. Considering that we have already seen that it can be broken from the inside (during Itachi vs. Sasuke fight), and Itachi had to reason to lie to Kakashi back then, you are wrong.

tobi told sasuke the truth after the battle

itachi intended to use tsuku with 10 % power just to show sasuke the power of mangekyou

as far as i remember
itachi told kakashi than none-uchiha had zero chanse at breaking tsuku
but that does not mean any uchiha with sharingan can break it
