Well Senju inherited the Body from SO6P son like Uchiha got the eyes. They have Adamantine power technically so yeah I suppose.

Honestly, I'm not sure but maybe he did. I hope he did. But from what I know, I think Tobirama is what he is because of hard work. He's got no OP mokuton or mitotic regeneration but he's got killer suiton, S/T, and he invented the Edo Tensei. I'd say he was an evil genius too. I love using him on the xbox xd

I'd say that he definitely would have to have it because they are both from the same blood line but that doesn't mean he would have to be as strong as his brother (which he isn't). Just like Sasuke and Itachi, Itachi is and always would have been the stronger brother had it not been for his emotions for Sasuke which led him to pretty much commit suicide.
