Does the Rinnegan have the Sharingan's movement prediction capability?

From what we've seen, the Rin'negan [When used by the original owner of the eye], far surpasses the Sharingan when it comes to clarity of perception, seeing as its users have been shown to even see the Tenketsu. So I'd be surprised if it didn't.

No, I think the rinnegan attempts to make up for that with its ability to transmit images across multiple bodies, like how pain and the jinchuriki were using it.

Byakugan = greatest insight
Sharingan = greates tracking ability
Rinnegan = most OP set of eyes on the planet.

What she said. I like to call it movement perception. Unlike sharingan that can see a attack before it happens. Byakugan can "feel" where an attack will land before it happens, so it's the same thing in a different way

The original wielder gets to use (Some?) Sharingan abilities with his Rinnegan abilities. Pre Cog is an example, Madara being able to see through clones is another one.

yes , the rinnegan of madara has it , bc he can change it to the sharingan , and bc he was the person who unlocked it.

Madara's can. The rest can't, (by feats) but its possible that Sasuke can as well, since he has a Choku Tomoe just like Madara.

With the revelation of Asura and Indra, I'm not actually sure if the rinnegan is an evolved form of the sharingan.
