IT is the highest type of genjutsu in the series. Naruto nor anyone else could counter it.

I heard it was canon and that Kishi oversaw its work. I read the manga carefully, so ofc I pay attention to what Naruto says and everyone for that matter.

Itachi tsyuokomi works different from other genjutsus and I'm sure Bee the strongest Bee has ever encountered was Sasukes MS. According to Danzos words "Nothing like Itachis tsyuokomi".

You're right it is not an indisputable fact but perfect jins have been caught in genjutsu before in this manga.
