Beside changing the voice actor, does the Dub Studio also tweak with the animation/arts, censor/non censored and changes or prolong the scene with some filler paddings and changing or add in the OST??? I haven't watched the English dub for a while and I heard people said that Dub version are differ to the Japaneese version.

The reason why I;m asking is because Studio Pierrot have been screwing up the Naruto Anime recently ever since the return of canon. It was simply too rushed and some terrible arts and animation like they screwed up Gai Hirudora, Obito vs Kakashi or Hashirama vs Madara and Tobirama epic speech rarely has any intense feelings when he was pissed off to Sasuke and his Co.

Neji death simply almost have no impact, while it has good art and animation, the fight with the juubi was completely off pace, we barely see Neji do anything impressive in this war and he was killed off too quickly. They also skipped the manga panels scene with the HQ which gives no feeling like seriously I almost cried in the manga when they laughed together and willingly to sacrifice as a true shinobi before the Juubi bomb the HQ.

Also with Team Gai react with Neji death was simpily disappointing there's no drastic, not much realistic and not much impacting . Instead the Animator did poorly job with the transition and the pacing was so rushed when they could'v add the fillers in regards to Might Guy and Tenten Character Development which could've been expanded upon and prolong the Rock Lee& Neji Flashback as it was necessary.

So my only hope is that if the Dub Animation Studio could justify over the Japanesse version stuff that Studio Pierrot couldn't delivered because they're slaking with taking too much breaks and wants some MONEY!!!

OT: i remember the episodes being uncut. words like d i c k and p u s s y and f u c k would appear in the captions. the anime being so obscene was one of the reasons i enjoyed the anime. then hulu and crunchyroll bought it and the anime took a censoring blow.

Nejis death scene in the manga was cut short, so the anime was gonna just butcher it.

Animation/arts (key animation), prolong the scene with some filler padding? No.
Censor/non censored and changing or add in the OST? Yes, if needed and it depends on the releases.

If it is a TV release on a channel like Disney X.D, they are obligated to censor some blood and use less curse words. If it's for Toonami, then Viz provides them the uncut version.
As for DVD releases, almost everything remains uncut. The only change that I can think of is toned down dialogues (less curse words) but that's all. Some of the studios do change OSTs.

Your sig is an example of idiotic censorship. The mark on Neji's forhead in manga that of "Swastik", the holy symbol in Hinduism and Buddhism. The word "swastika" comes from the Sanskrit svastika - "su" (meaning "good" or "auspicious") combined with "asti" (meaning "being"), along with the diminutive suffix "ka." The swastika literally means "well-being." It is a common practice for Hindus to draw Swastika symbols on the doors and entrances to their houses during festivals, which is believed to symbolize an invitation to goddess Lakshmi.

It represents the principle originating the universe, or life (Brahman), with the four swirling arms representing the four directions of the manifest universe (the four faces of Brahma). It remains widely used in Indian religions and Far Eastern religions.

Now this is Neji's original Symbol

It resembles the left facing Swastik

The meaning is thought to be the exact opposite of that rightward Swastik, making it evil symbol, by Eugène Burnouf. But he was wrong. In Buddhism the left-facing sauwastika imprinted on the chest, feet, palms of Buddha and also the first of the 65 auspicious symbols on the footprint of the Buddha. In Hinduism the left-facing sauwastika is associated with esoteric tantric practices and often stands for Goddess Kali. Both the right-facing and left-facing variants are employed in Hinduism and Buddhism however, the left-facing is more commonly used in Buddhism than Hinduism and the right-facing is more commonly used in Hinduism than Buddhism.
Although the more common form is the right-facing swastika, the symbol is used in both orientations for the sake of balance in Hinduism. Buddhists almost always use the left-facing swastika.

Also this is image which should clarify the difference between both the swastika and Nazi's symbol

So why did I wrote this all? To make it clear that how anime studios **** up the manga just because of low knowledge in the subject's regard, and instead of clearing up the BS, they chose to abandoned the very issue and change it.

**** ANIME.

OT- NO AND YES.
