Does the Byakugan and Tensiegan have some kind of genjutsu resistance?

Like how the Sharingan has some resistance on some genjutsu or the rinnegan's complete Immunity to genjutsu.

This, and just a small correction. Rinnegan is not completely immune to genjutsu, as the frog genjutsu caught 3 paths all together. Irrelevant, but still =]

Bykugan know when Genjutsu is being used and since they can stop their chaka flow and kick start it, make themselves bleed, or eject the chakra out of them, they can effectively fight against it.

OT:Byakugan has no genjutsu resistance it can only detect genjutsu. The tenseigan I would presume has a level of resistance as for an eye like that to be compared to the rinnegan only to get easily negged by visual genjutsu is kind of disgraceful.

Hinata realized that she was in Genjutsu but couldn't do anything because IT was so strong (or the IT wraps were holding her so she couldn't move)

she could probably break out of any other Genjutsu
Byakugan users can instantly detect that something's up faster than any other eye, which can help them break out of it
