When he's using EMS and Rinnegan he's technically relying on Itachi's handout, if he solos then so does Naruto with Kurama's power.

The EMS grants the user no additional powers at all, Itachi makes this clear to Sasuke that someone who gains the EMS does not gain any power from the person who's eyes they took.

I love when foreigners talk about how stupid Americans are. It's actually entertaining. Our education system is more than likely better than yours. Everyone from their home countries are ignorant to something, and people don't have time to know everything about the world here, we have to feed ourselves and our families.

And the problem is there were american who showing out their stupidity/ignorant here even for/in a simple matter. Majority of members in the base also are from American so we somehow can 'catch' their way of thinking. Sometimes I question how far their education shaping them? And I think you're rational and well educate and very understanding American.

Naruto wasn't begging Kurama for power it's why Kurama gave him the ability to use BM in the first place. As Anatsuken said, if God blesses you with power and you use that power yourself you still solo, same logic applies to Jinchuuriki.

Its not about permissions but they are there to support him while Itachi is not there to support Sasuke. Sasuke just having more powerful eyes bcus Itachi chakra and his chakra merged to become one and entirely new eyes. Yes it does grant u more. It makes ur moves swifter. Ems grants u the ability to tell the difference between a clone or the real person. It grants u PS.
