your reasons are just desperate reaching attempts. it is impossible to reach such a conclusion unless you are reading the manga with bias.
a "logical explanation" isnt needed. sasuke can use PS because his ocular abilities are great enough that he can use it.

First of all, it wasn't a statement. You'd know if you read the thread properly. Second, I don't read the manga with bias. If you read the thread, you'd see I provided evidence. Third, a logical explanation is needed. Kishi doesn't give out such massive power-ups without any reason, 'ocular abilities are great enough that he can use it' doesn't cut it.

While Sasuke does have it, it could be because he hasn't fought that seriously since he has had ems up until that fight. He only supported Itachi in the fight against Kabuto.

Also you left out the manga scans were sasuke said he had to adjust/ lower his charka to fit naruto.
Naruto's cloak does not grant new abilities.
Naruto was clueless about PS. Sasuke said he was holding back from the start
I hate how people always say Naruto's chakra gave Sasuke that Susano'o, when Naruto's chakra only strengthens jutsu, it's never changed their form.
If you want to make the argument that Sasuke's PS isn't as strong as we saw it then fine, but he most definitely does have PS, or at least a smaller form of it.

In this case, strengthening jutsu = strengthening Susanoo. A strengthened Susanoo is a Susanoo which is higher in it's versions. Sasuke's Susanoo went from V4 to Perfect Susanoo. I'm not sure how people don't see this.

Its been proven that BSM heals only naruto.
Sasuke has clear smudges after dropping PS.
His shirt got less smudges just like his face.

Sasuke already had Susanoo and Kurama's chakra boosted his Susanoo.
It sure isn't.
Kakashi being in Kurama's Avatar allowed him to Kamui the Hachibi.

They didnt heal, they still had the smudges. All that happened is that fatigue went off as their chakra got restored.
And now kakashi can kamui gedo so what? Madara had SM but was his susanoo bigger?
Wasnt you aware that legged susanoo was still there when kurama's cloak wore off? Means sasuke can make it on his own.

All sasuke has right now is an unstabilized chakra susanoo with legs,and that is not a complete perfect susanoo with armor cloths and shield like madara's.sasuke susanoo is still naked and small compared to a real complete ps.
The fact Orochimaru witnessed Sasuke's potential to surpass Madara after seeing V3 legged Susanoo, and never mentioned Naruto in Sasuke's growth is a proof Sasuke did indeed achieve PS on his own.

There are people that STILL think this? 12-13 chapters later, that's over 13 weeks since there were breaks in between and people still think Sasuke can't make Perfect Susanoo on his own....

is what let him warp the Hachibi. As someone already stated, its simply because his ocular abilities are great enough to let him use it, there is no other reason, especially not Naruto. The sheer fact that Naruto would directly influence Sasuke's growth in power is laughable anyway.
