In this case, strengthening jutsu = strengthening Susanoo. A strengthened Susanoo is a Susanoo which is higher in it's versions. Sasuke's Susanoo went from V4 to Perfect Susanoo. I'm not sure how people don't see this.

This doesn't explain how Naruto's chakra magically changes Susano's form, when all it's been shown to do is heal and increase strength, not grant new abilities.

There are people that STILL think this? 12-13 chapters later, that's over 13 weeks since there were breaks in between and people still think Sasuke can't make Perfect Susanoo on his own....

I picked this up while reading past chapters. There's also the fact that 12-13 chapters later, Sasuke hasn't used Susanoo yet.

Most of this is wrong. The only thing that might be correct is that being in the avatar heals you, and even that may be false as Kurama says "

", though such a thing shouldn't have been stated if he was being auto healed the whole time. Sasuke didn't even heal, scuff mark differences aren't evidence enough considering Kishimoto isn't going to draw them consistently, especially when your two examples are from two different chapters.

Manga Stream's translation clearly says "

" meaning it was done there and then. Scruff mark differences are the only evidence bearing in mind that Sasuke received no cuts from Obito's attack, and the chapters were only set 1 week apart. Add the fact that author's obviously go back to chapters when they're creating their new chapters to make sure there are no massive inconsistencies (plus other stuff).

Kurama saying "Need to patch him up!" can only mean that he intended on healing them by giving them chakra (and Kurama's chakra gives a power-up), since there's a clear cut correlation between healing and chakra being restored.

As someone already stated, its simply because his ocular abilities are great enough to let him use it, there is no other reason, especially not Naruto. The sheer fact that Naruto would directly influence Sasuke's growth in power is laughable anyway.

Each time Sasuke gets an upgrade, Karin always states his chakra becomes colder and darker, as shown in those scans you provided.

You're probably not trolling so I'll answer you. It is a gift to a certain extent, but Naruto had to train in order to use it to be as effective with it as he is now. So it is earned. Having control over massive chakra like Kurama's is a feat that even impresses Sasuke.

Naruto's surprise was more to do with what Sasuke was actually doing; wrapping Susanoo around his Kurama Avatar. He didn't know such a thing could happen.
