Does Sasuke have Perfect Susanoo?

As you can see by the title, this isn't a statement but I'm gonna show my reasons why he doesn't have PS. I'm making this thread in hopes of people providing me a good argument as to why he has PS/legged Susanoo.

So we know he wasn't able to use legged Susanoo/Perfect Susanoo prior to receiving Kurama's chakra. At best he could form this:

], due to the fact a shinobi's power increases threefold with Kurama's chakra [

]. Now, the main reason why people believe Sasuke can manifest Perfect Susanoo is due to this scan:

You can see he doesn't have Kurama's cloak there. However, I think people forget that being in Kurama's Avatar provides a significant boost in power and has healing properties, so essentially, it's the same as having Kurama's cloak. [

-Kakashi and Gai were completely exhausted.
-Both Kakashi and Gai started to recover once they were in Kurama's Avatar.
-Kakashi was able to both Kamui the Hachibi into the dimension and also release it.
-Kakashi states he was able to do this due to Kurama's chakra.

Now, you can see here that Sasuke was harmed due to being knocked down by Obito's Onmyouten:

But as soon as he fused his Susanoo with Naruto's Kurama Avatar, he started to heal.

Not only that, he was able to manifest Perfect Susanoo. I reckon he was able to manifest PS because he was in Kurama's Avatar. I believe it's the only logical explanation as to why he could suddenly bridge the massive gap between a non-legged complete Susanoo and a PS.

Can anyone tell me why they believe Sasuke has a legged Susanoo/PS without Kurama's chakra?

lol, just wanna point out I have nothing against Sasuke. I just don't know how Sasuke would suddenly be able to use PS without Kurama's chakra.

Aside from naruto i dont recall any one else getting healed, but he has uzumaki lineage which gets huge boost from kurama.

why would he need kurama's chakra to make a lesser version of his final form? and I thought the chakra don't develop techniques only enhance it so possible Sasuke did that all on his own besides there is no need for him to use a bigger form of susano'o when he's not even going all out.

There is no healing whatsoever. Prior to BM form K11 were having kurama cloak and damage marks on their faces. Nothing got healed.
Only naruto has healing due to uzumaki power. Should i recall that naruto healed a huge hole in his chest just with 1T cloak? Or a stab from kunai w/o any kurama's chakra?

Susanoo is extremely chakra efficient technique. Itachi who nearly wasted all his chakra pulled susanoo and took on orochimaru with sasuke. The only thing that is needed for PS is huge chakra quantity management and decent stamina which sasuke sure has.

-Scans show there were signs of being healed. Not fully, but the smudge marks on his face reduce.

I can't understand why people think that Sasuke could only do that with Kurama's cloak.

First of all, the cloak just enhances the jutsu. (make it bigger and stronger and faster that's it)

2nd, Susanoo progresses to the next level depending on the user only. Whatever fuels Sasuke(hate, darkness, love, etc) is what will make the susanoo progress into a more complete form. Naruto giving him chakra will not make Susanoo progress.

So when Sasuke showed those Susanoo's he showed that his susanoo has already progressed even further.

You could assume that Sasuke might not be able form those susanoo's due to not having alot of chakra, but it would be a weak argument, as seeing he does have a well proportioned amount of chakra and should be capable of doing that himself.
