The guy has the ability to teleport to Konoha any day he wants and never bothered to check on his own wife. If he can't check on or bother to talk to his own wife, why check on his kid?

Kishimoto will pull an explanation out of his sleeve for Sasuke to redeem his character in upcoming chapters. I don't think that he doesn't know, but I'm not going to deny that it is a possibility. I guess anything is possible with Sasuke at this point.

They are most likely not married. Sakura has no post-war photos of him, no wedding photos, no photos of them together as a couple like NH. At best SS was a fling and not a full blown couple.

Well, just because a married couple doesn't have a picture together that doesn't mean they aren't married.
