Lmao don't twist Vulpini's words. Vulpini was trying to say that Boruto inherited Naruto's Rasengan as some type of word phrasing to mimic Sarada's CES inheritance.vulpini meant that Boruto inherited Naruto's talent for chakra control. Chakra control is talent that's inherited and if it wasn't then anyone would be able to use Rasengan, Byakogou, Gentle Fist and BSM.
No correlation when most translations coming from Boruto and his Rasengan clearly state that Konohamaru trained him, and he never inherited it from Naruto or vice versa.
Vulpini was almost acting as if he/she was ashamed that Sarada was under Sakura's guidance. Like Sarada isn't her living breathing daughter. lol
Anyway I already countered your "chakra control is inherited" crap which you never responded to. So if you're going to continue bringing it up, let's at least go back to the debate at hand so that I can continue to show you why it doesn't make sense.
Boruto/Sarada respectfully having better CC then their parents at their age should already tell you that chakra control isn't something you're good at because your parents are. There's a large theme in this Manga dealing with sorts of shinobi who don't even get their parents abilities, or, in some cases like Itachi/Sasuke, surpass their own parents.
So I am still completely confused on how anyone can assume that characters literally gain good 'chakra control' via because their parents had it at some point. No - These two characters are much more talented than the former, and it requires training.
