There's a large theme in this Manga dealing with sorts of shinobi who don't even get their parents abilities, or, in some cases like Itachi/Sasuke, surpass their own parents.

Genes determine what level of chakra control someone has just like genes determine what chakra potency you have and what amount of chakra you can produce. Everything regarding chakra is all dependent on genes.


Only Hyuga have the ability to use Gentle Fist, only Naruto has the power to control huge amounts of Senjutsu with bijuu chakra. Why ? Because the genes of their ancestors gave them that talent.


Likewise, Minato's chakra control was inherited by Naruto which is why he could use Rasengan, the ability to control chakra at an A-Rank level was passed down to Boruto which is why Konohmaru successfully trained him at using.

If Konohamaru trained ChoCho do you think she would be able to master Rasengan ? If Naruto trained ChoCho do you think she would be able to use Rasen Shuriken ? Chakra control is limited by the user's talent and the user's talent is determined by their genes.

Nope. There are instances where people have shown to have affinities for certain subjects, but if they dont train/practice, they can even be surpassed via peoole who work hard, despite not even having the talent in the first place.

One of you clowns stated this right at the top of this page, whether or not you associates yourself together or not i dont really care. Read Indra's post, Boruto rasengan has nothing to do with him inherting Naruto CC since its superior to both his fathter and grandfather. CC isnt genetic lmao.

I didn't mean he inherited Rasengan by blood. I meant he inherited the technique that was passed down from generation to generation. His grandfather had it, his father had it now he has it. Learn to read, retard.

Boruto is the inheritor of the rasengan, whether you like it or not.

I'm talking about stuff that are passed down from generation to generation; same goes for Sarada's Uchiha marksmanship.
