Does Sarada even train?

I think when Sasuke comes back to the village he spends time with her but only when he's home I guess.

She's a kunoichi who's on the same team as Boruto, and also the daughter of Sasuke and Sakura. Since she admires Naruto, she dreams of becoming the Hokage. That's why she is a hard-worker who steadily tries to step-up (/ make progress) as a shinobi. On one hand, she seems to resemble her mother with her characteristic strong-minded and firm vocal tone. With that trait, she quarrels with Boruto at every little opportunity. When battling, she is armed with the Sharingan that she inherited from the Uchiha clan, as well as the same superhuman strength as her mother. Her favourite phrase was also inherited from her mother: 'Shannaro~'.

Anyway... Sarada, Mitsuki, and Konohamaru are all regular shinobi who have basic 'work ethic' from what I can tell. Sarada has a better drive than the other two, well maybe Konohamaru too, since they both dream to become Hokage. They work hard.

Boruto doesn't train.

It was stated that she's a hard worker. But I think before Gaiden she only trained basic ninja stuff and mainly shuriken/kunai (since it was stated she has Uchiha level markmanship already)

I have reasons to believe her usage of CES in Gaiden was spontaneous because she saw Sakura doing it before leaving Konoha. I mean, she was only 11 in Gaiden, I don't think she really ever had to use it before in her life. Anyways, she had almost perfect chakra control when she was only 11.

She trains on her own during her pass time just like Sasuke and every talented Uchiha before her. Really at this point all she needs is a a high tier shinobi to train her fighting style (i.e : taijutsu, speed feats, etc.) and Sakura to teach her Byakogou.

With a Sharingan she can learn and master ninjutsu on her own and doesn't need a teacher unless it's someone like Naruto who can teach her Kage-worthy techniques.

Yep, at 11 Sasuke only knew how to use Katon and shuriken while Naruto was still shit as shadow clone jutsu. Sarada is already ahead of them at that age in terms of feats.

I had to search for it Vulpini, but Sakura taught her Chakra Enhanced Strength. It was passed down to her in the literal sense, unless someone thinks that you can gain CES naturally through genetics.
