does naruto even have a plan for achieving peace

As far as i know, naruto want to bring peace to the ninja world, now the question is: does he have a plan?

People like nagato and tobi have their own plans in order to achiece peace, nagato had his tailed beast weapon plan and tobi has his moon eye plan...it doesnt matter how wicked their plans are or were but at least they have an idea of how to achieve the peace they so desire

However, naruto want to achieve peace just as bad as nagato but so far unlike tobi and nagato he doesnt have a plan, he hasnt even thought through about all this peace stuff

Do you think kishi will at some point in the manga make naruto go through, reflect or think about how he will eventually achieve peace or naruto will just keep on babbling about bringing peace w/o even thinking about a way to achieve it

theres not much planning the good guys ever have to do .. all they have to do is kill bad guys or persuade them to be good

he has a plan for getting peace to sasuke. apart from that, i guess he's just going to lead by example, talk no jutsu and so forth. it's working so far, look how much effect he's had on Tsunade and Gaara and what they've done to world peace. not to mention, more recently with Oonoki and the Kyuubi. it's a cumulative effect

And also i remember someone stating in the manga that Naruto has a special power, the power to change people (would appreciate if someone linked the page, i completely forgot who said it and when)
These powers will help Naruto bring peace.
