[Discussion] Does madara have ems/ms?

i agree totally with the idea of space time being the ems poweri think he does, but not 100% since he hasn't shown it since he lost to the 1st so theres no real way to prove he still has it or his time/space thing is his EMS power

probably....though if it ever reached the weakened state like when it was in naruto's mom then it might have been possible for itachi to gain control......lots of different angles on this topic!!

possibilities are always there but i am a little reserved on this 1, teleportation maybe but what about intangibility? Though that definitely is a valid idea and makes sense because ems>ms.

The intangibility is because of teleportation of body parts, i'll admit it would only be possible with EMS however, as a normal MS user would go blind quickly.

There are a LOT more variables in this topic then i initially thought, though most agree madara probably had ems. One thing is almost universally accepted i think and that's that madara was either very skilled or had a lot of info on important things, this idea of teleporting everything ( body parts) sounds like it would need a lot of skill, no?

Indeed, however remember he is pretty old now, his appearance is quite deceiving, he's had time.
Also Madara DID have the EMS , whether he has it now we just need to wait.

Madara had EMS. Tobi claims to be Uchiha Madara, but we have yet to see his EMS in action, he could have easily used it against Konan instead of Izanagi if he had the EMS. We have only see him use regular 3 tomoe sharingan, and he said he is a shell of his former self so I don't think he has it anymore.

He could be doing that, but in Life and Death situations like his fight against Konan. WHen is there a better time to bring out the EMS than that?

Yes but what if his teleportation/intangibility powers are BECAUSE of the ems? As far as we know he does'nt use seals like the 4th and kakashi said his space time is ahead of minato, but how? Maybe that is a power of ems?

I was pretty convinced that tobi was madara untill recently wen kabuto was using the re animation jutsu,and tobi didn't want kabuto to open one coffin because tobi was hiding a secret....and i think madaras in the coffin

I'm sure the 2nd Hokage used Space time without seals as well. I assumed that EMS would give more than just Space time techniques but we will never know until Kishimoto explains it.

It's his arrogance don't forget, he always downplays his fights because of his ego; he was talking down on Konan the whole fight, even when she damaged his arm, but he went
and had to use Izanagi when she brought out the six hundred billion explosive tags.Or yes, he doesn't have it, and Tobi/Madara is bs'ing.

Regardless of the intangibility, we know he can suck people inside his sharingan. What normal sharingan can do that?

This is hilarious.. How many ppl do you think could actually obtain both sharingan and hashiramas powers and extract kyuubi from jinchuuriki?
Tobi had to wait for Kushina to give birth just to have that posibility.
Maybe, for once, listen to what people have to say instead of trying to push your point of view on them. You're so arrogant that you can't even see that it isn't Izanagi that controls 9tails but HASHIRAMAS powers as said in manga and pointed to you by RabarBarBot.
Tobi has both - sharingan and hashiramas dna. Same goes for Danzou.
It was an obvious hint from Kishimoto to point out that Tobi hasn't MS or EMS. He was controlling the 9tails with the powers mentioned above.
About his space-time jutsu. Well, Tobirama had it too. And I guess he was first one to have space-time ninjutsu. Not even Madara had S-T.
It was never mentioned that Madara had S-T and he had ems long before the fight at Valley of the End. Im sure he would use it there and Hashirama would told someone about that. So we can safely assume that Madara Uchiha hadn't space time ninjutsu.
Tobi is like Zetsu. He collects ppl's powers from dead corpses and implants them into himself.
OT: I think Tobi doesn't have ems. Why do you think he needs sasuke so badly? He wants his ems for himself. Otherwise he wouldn't grant any Uchiha with such power.
What I wanted to ask is - are there only three MS users in whole Uchiha history or there were more? Itachi said that Uchiha had killed their own sibilings for centuries to obtain "the tainted powers". Tobi himself said :"A sharingan that can activate Susanoo is a rarity", at the meeting of the five kages. But I remember someone saying that along with Madara and Itachi, Sasuke would be the third in Uchiha history to activate MS.
If there were only three MS users in whole uchiha history why does he say it is a rarity for sharingan to activate susanoo? If Madara couldn't activate susanoo (and I think he couldn't, he had his own ms powers) than that would still leave 2 ppl that could and if you ask me that's not a rarity

If a person implants sharingan eyes in him that doesn't mean that every tech he's using is sharingan tech, you get my point?
