Does Kishi have problem with killing off characters?

Well sometimes if a character is supposed to die then they should die.The fans may be upset but atleast the author does'nt have the future problem of giving that character closure.

you know... when you're writting a story , the thing that gives you money are your fans... if you kill a fan fav , it's like a slap in the face of the persons that are giving you money... without money you can't live , i think you and everyone knows it.

but i'm only explaining things to you , i'm not saying that he is right by doing this , bc he isn't right , the blame is on the stupid ppl that only watch naruto for one reason only which is bc of his fav character and if his or her fav character dies he will quit the series , bc... ? that's for me , is stupid lol if you watch the series is bc you love the series , you don't love 1 character , but the series in general , however , if you want to love one character only , then go create your own manga , that's how i deal with bullshit lol.

You have a point,but a author should'nt be afraid of killing characters off just because it might upset the fans.Especially if the setting is a war where people can and will die despite doing everything to make sure it does'nt happen.

Game of Thrones is an extremely famous set of novels, and I believe it also has a show, and the author has killed so many characters that I here about it all over the internet. I don't watch it, nor have I read it, but I'm always hearing about it. That's success, and the author kills of characters all the time.

Kishi has no problem killing bad guys, he destroyed the whole akatsuki, obito left over due to his escape no jutsu. But kishi killed off maybe 5 good guys in these 10 years

Lol If anything it's a shounen thing. People rarely die in the last arc FFS. Just watch FMA or anything. If anything he killed most characters in the shounen history,both relevant and irrelevant. People may say SNK but I tell you now,just watch,from this point on characters in SNK will rarely die as well. Cause let's be clear,even in SNK relevant characters rarely died till this point. There are fodders everywhere. Hell kishi killed 40000+ fodders in this war. Every character that got saved was given the logical answer of being saved.

Kishi first and foremost puts his themes and story progression first.

I dont think he has a problem killing off people. I just think he did not develop enough characters, to kill off effectively. He wants the new generation to surpass the old. They cant do that if they are dead.

Kakshi could spam kamui, because he was able to rest after spamming, and was given MANY chakra infusions.(not to mention the probable soldier pill he took). Also he trained before the war(thus increasing his capabilities.)

Tsunade was smashed in half, more than cut(which makes a difference. You would lose blood much faster if you were cut than smashed. Tsunade is literally about the only one who can survive something like that(and she needed katsuya to do it)

Obito surviving, was just due to haveing the gedo/juubi in him. It was able to keep a close to 100yr old madara alive. And obito being alive now, is only temporary, due to haveing black zetsu on him(supplying life force).

Gai was only stopped from dying due to chakra loss/lifeforce loss. He is still smoldering. To early to say he lives and is just fine.

So far with the exception of madara, we have only had 1 person come back to life in this war. We have had several signifigant casualties, and have had several severe injuries. But we have not had any people just get revived.

I firmly believe if kishi had made say 50 or less characters, which he develops a bit, he wouldve killed off many of them.

If you want to see a manga where the author nearly never kills someone, even when letting them live requires makeing plotholes, go and read/watch one piece. Oda only kills people, if it is to cause something to go on in the plot. Otherwise they are all kept alive regardless of the fact they should be dead.

Because Japanese people are ******s who can't stand violent scenes of death, so if kishi kills a character he will be in trouble because parents will complain to shonen jump about him showing violent scenes I swear this pisses the shit out of me

Killing off characters, not really but with honor and how they die.
Sakura learnt Chiyo jutsu and Tsunade die and give a new life to Gai.
Neji die in style and honor.
The 4 Hokage edo, show their power of Konoha Hokage, and then die in honor (who die first).
Jiraiya die in honor, for providing important infor back to Konoha.
Minato die in honor, to prevent Konoha being totally destroy.......
