Does Kakashibase still exist?

I used to have my Narutobase forums set on Kakashibase.

but today I log in and I cant find where I can change the background to make it black..

There was a little quote at the top left that said "Sorry I'm late, you wouldn't believe the traffic."

There was another setting too, you could put it on Naruhina, or love or regular Narutobase.

Does anyone else know what I'm talking about?

KakashiBase and NaruHina were most likely taken down because they were both outdated, as the themes themselves would display information about any new manga chapters or anime episodes. I'm sure Nocturnal and Mina would be working on a new one, but you'd just have to ask them if you really want to know. Just put up with this theme for now.
