Yes Obito is leagues and tiers ahead of Kakashi. The only reason why Kakashi had a chance to kill/injure Obito was because it was Obito fighting Naruto, Kirabi, Guy & Kakashi [With Kurama & Gyuki and later the Allied Shinobi Forces] fighting Obito, Jubi [Who in someways, restricted the Uchiha Duo's movement] and Madara [who isn't doing anything]. So it is Obito vs 40 000 Shinobi + along with two of the strongest Bijuu and Kakashi getting an opening is a fair event? No..

It's just Obito who keep begging for TNJ, because he is not the masked man we used to love with his appearance anymore.
