Kakashi improved since then . Look at the war when he kamuied naruto's clone .

That was solely to the fact that he had kurama's chakra.........btw kakashi has less chakra than konohamaru so he's completely tapped after 2 or 3 kamui

About that kakashi vs minato thing, minato is stronger, but not a lot, just a lil bit, kakashi is kage level too.

I think he doesn't need to improve a lot more, most of his abilities are at his peak.

he's one of the best clone's user, he can't improve that a lot more, he even fooled itachi using clones
he has a long arsenal of ninjutsu, but the strongest of them (raikiri, doton wall, water dragon, raiton clone) are at its peak

His kamui can't improve a lot more, he can use 5 kamuis without kurama's chakra, and warp things fast enough to make obito (with MS and rinnengan) didn't see it.

He can warp 2/3 of the hachibi. If he keeps improving in his kamui, he would be too OP, so i think its betterto keep kakashi that way.

kakashi can use more than 5 kamui
kakshi used it 6 times before kuarma chakra and with use 4 raiki,light chain,earth wall,clone(that jutsu nearly cost his 1/2 chakra)
that mean kakashi can use kamui with full chakra and without useing any jutsu 10 times on similar sizes ,see that ,please

kakashi was able to kill the gedo with just look but obito protect the gedo
kakashi can beat 2 biju together as he can warp there necks to kill them and go to the other dimension to avoid their bijudoma
i think kakashi sronger than minato

after reading you should know that kakashi can use it at least 10 times with full chakra and without use any other jutsu

he is now top 10 but i think he'll improve more
may kakashi's chakra will increase as i expected he may be half sinju(mother)(tobirama's grandchild)and his sinju chakra will be activated with kuarma chakra and it will be good thing for kakshi's kamui
i expected that kakashi hide his face with the mask as he has the same marks as tobirama's face
may he'll get obito's eye
may he will has kuarma chakra forever(his chakra's level)
may kishi will show us some of his 1000 jutsu as kakazu's iron skin(may as kakashi saw its hand seals with sharingan and kakashi has already earth )
may kakashi will make other types of the kamui as kamui CT (as ct but appear with his eye and warp thing to the other dimension)
