It´s really hard to say. Because he and Sasuke lost both their dominate hands with the seals between the last clash. I don´t know, if the rikudo powers are safed in the hands or in the bodys.

I seem to recall hashirama gathering chakra on tail beast levels without entering SM when he was edo tenseid. Lol

I assume madara had the same power but still had to get a hashi clone arm for his right after his gaara face off
