Yes he should still have it because Hago told him to manage the meeting place between bijuus, he cant do that if the rikudo powers are gone.

It's weird. He still has the power to enter sage mode without gathering natural energy and he doesn't have the red pigment under his eyes and his skin doesn't turn flamy. It doesn't seem to be his rikudou sennin mode. I'm guessing he has tailed beast mode and rikudou sennin mode.

Like Madara said "What adult uses there full power on a kid" I'm guessing with 100% Kurama along with rikudou powers he doesn't use Chakra mode anymore.

Madara unlocked Rinnengan, that never disappeared even when Madara died and Nagato was given the Rinnengan, don't see why Sasuke Rinnengan would be different.

He has a small portion of it maybe (like using all the tail beast chackras) but he can't go back to the Real Rikudo Mode (e.g.Grow back any person's severed part, Rikudo Balls and that shit) he was in when he was fighting Kaguya.
