Just a thought/question does orochimaru have use of his arms? Because it didn't look like he had any trouble draining the chakra from kabuto. I know they said if he's revived might not have have use of them but I think he might.

The part of Oro's soul that was sealed in Anko's curse mark was put there prior to Oro's arms being sealed by the reaper. Therefore, that part of his soul still had his arms.
