But you do have true freedom of will. You can do anything you want. Jesus just ask that you accept him and ask for forgiveness. If you do wrong but do not ask for forgiveness then do you deserve to be forgiven? You should look at the sins mentioned in the bible not as what you must do but as guidelines for life. Doesn't it cause much less trouble to have one steady partner then to have *** with multiple women which risk pregnancy or disease? Are you not better off treating people kindly rather than being a jerk to everyone? Is it not better to earn what you get rather than steal from people. None if it is law. Just guidelines. But feel free to follow them or not.

And, if I had to chose a religion, I'd go for budism... It has nice principles, and is much closer to my view of the world than christianity... So, yeah, the guy that you belive in doesn't suit me, that's preciselly it!

God and religion is all about faith, it is a way of life, morales to live your life by. In my belief there is no way the universe, etc was created by chance, there has to be a superior force, such as God. This planet starter out as nothing, how did people start? how did anything start? Yes. Im serious, aslong as theres a chance it can happen. If I have a 1*10^999 sided dice and I role the dice, lets say I get 475 firt time, the chance of me rolling the dice and getting that number again is extreamly low due to the amount of sides but it would still be possible wouldnt it? Lets say this, stop forcing people to believe in heaven or hell. I believe that your afterlife is what you believe it is. If you believe you will go to gods oven for eternity, have fun. If you believe you will go to a place where it's all white and fluffy all the time have fun, if you believe you will go to a place with 72 virgins after you explode yourself have fun. A lot but I know some that stray, usually those whose belief is weak. Though if you were to add them all up you'd find a larger percentage of relatively good people on the Christian side than the Atheist side.

I believe in God (the Judeo-Christian God).

I do not believe in the "Hell" that was created through a mixing of early Christianity and Roman Paganism. I believe that "hell" in the Old Testament is, according to the original Hebrew, "the grave" (sheol).

And also that "the devil" and "Satan" are nothing but our own fleshly/adversarial/rebellious minds -> think of when Christ called Peter "Satan" for opposing Christ's journey to Jerusalem where he would be killed - Peter wasn't "possessed", he opposed Christ out of upmost love, but that was not the intended course that God had for his son, so Peter was a "Satan" (Greek: diabolos) to Christ at that moment.

Anyhow, I believe in a future Kingdom on this Earth - that is, the reestablished Kingdom of Israel with Christ on the throne. I believe that those who have been baptized will stand in judgement before the setting up of this Kingdom (including those that have died). In other words, I don't believe in "heaven-going" when you die.

I have nothing agaist god, for me it would be like having something agaist a fictional character... I do not belive in his existance, but feel free to do belive if you want to... My oppinion is that religion is illogical, why do you care so much to change my oppinion... It is true I view most (not all of them) religious people as immature, but you don't have to care about my oppinion... If you are right, your god will punish me, won't he? Getting mad and insulting me proves you question him yourself... If you were a true beliver, you'de let me get what I "deserve" from his divine power...

There is a reality that Jesus presented us with two laws: love God and love people. It is impossible for a Christian to claim to love you at all if we just leave you to judgement. Even though its "just," love is the greatest of all commands and gifts that God has given us. So why do I care about changing your opinion? Because I love you and care about your eternity. This guy who insulted you is not following Jesus' command and showing you genuine love. I respect your choice to your own belief, but just in case my beliefs are true, I hope that you return to a faith in God.

The idea isn't to force you to believe in anything. But you seem like a nice person. Now since I believe that if you don't accept Jesus Christ as your savior that you burn forever in hell, I'd be kind of a prick of I didn't at least try to get you to believe. That's what all of the preaching missionary work and all that is for. Not just me feeling good about myself and that I accomplished something by converting you and I get extra Jesus points. The goal is for me, you, our friends and our family to all be able to live together forever in happiness. So you can hate me and the others all you want for it. But know we have only your best interest at heart.

dude to athiests, thats a waste of time. why would i waste time to accept a dead guy that has been dead for 2012 years for nothing to happen when i die?now please tell me, other then the preacher, bible, other information that comes from another human, and thats you "heard" god talk to you, 1 single solid proof that is logical that proves gods existence.
