[Discussion] Does Danzou have a Mangekyou Sharingan?!!!!!

Hey guyz i hate 2 spoil ur interest in naruto manga in the future but i believe that Danzou has activated a MS the way Kakashi did because no regular user of a sharingan can manage killing or fighting a MS user like the way with Itachi and sasuke, so i beleive Danzou have a MS and some unique powers with his right arm.
Plz be free 2 show ur opinion we're in a Discussion here, we'll c who prove's him self right.

As with the other thread, state what your answer's before asking. (You still haven't told us how you think Kakashi awakened his)

I place my bets on "No, he doesn't"
Although Danzo appears to do anything to gain more power or to cripple other countries.
I believe Danzo wouldn't have anyone close enough to be called a friend (that is assuming that he believes it could only be awakened by killing ones best friend, remember, just becasue we know better doesn't mean they do)

I also doubt Danzo could come up with the way Kakashi might have used on his own, even then he probably wouldn't risk it, he's the type of person who places his safety above everything else (Kinda like what Light was thinking when he was offered the Shinigami eyes in Death Note)

We can't bring that MS blindness into this though, Sasuke read the tablet but still didn't find out about the blindness until Itachi told him. (though this can be different if Madara told him)

For those of you who had the patience to read all that, sorry it was so messy, I have also missed a couple of things but other people will probably fill in the gaps.

If u have red what I've written carefuly i said that Kakashi opened his MS with a huge amound of training or with an emotional stress we dont now 4 sure but i beleive that Danzou is interested in power more than kakashi and he could have found a way 2 activate his MS cuz his a man full of surpirises i think and more over i think Kishimoto needs 2 do this step to make him able of facing madara.

It would seem kinda cheap if he did, but I don't think he does.
The argument of MS vs Standard Sharingan has been dissproven by the Itachi/Sasuke fight with kishi's own words spoken through plant man..

Danzo is the leader of Root, give the man alittle credit for ability. & Madara hasn't exercised much power himself probably because he can't. I'll leave that for another thread. WTH

hey dude i think dat danzou has the MS because if you look closely he has a sharigan in is right eye. and the rest of his body is like broken. i think that danzou is really obito kakashi's old friend. because when they showed how obito died he was crushed by a rock and his entire right side was crushed to except for his left hand and his left sharigan. just saying i really think that danzou is obito.

Kishis own words spoken through masked man (tobi) was that Itachi purposefully lost and acted as thought Sasuke beat him to awaken sharingan.

Reg. Sharingan has inhibitory effects to mangekyou, but Mangekyou is more powerful always.

If Sharingan can be beaten by Mangekyou then why bother weilding it and killing each other for it?

It is a power to be reckoned with, Sharingan or no sharingan.


I really hope he doesn't have it for one main reason.

Mangekyou was meant to be rare even among Uchihas, now we have 3 Big Uchihas we know of, Itachi, who had it, Madara, who had it, and Sasuke, who has it.

Kakashi akoke it due to the fact hes awesome

If Danzo awakens his, thats 100% of every sharingan user currently in known existence who has Mangekyou, a UNBELIEVABLY RARE eye technique.

It really doesn't seem to be rare anymore, in fact i think the series would have gone a whole lot better if only Itachi had mangekyou, but that's just me.

Danzo having MS would ruin the rarity of MS, and its already present in 80% of the sharingan users, which is already more than enough to stop calling it "rare", but kishi does so...yeah.

Immediate re-reading of manga is needed.

-Danzo fought against Nagato and crew alongside Hanzou possible before Obito was even born.
-Danzo is 72 years old. Obito would be Kakashi's age, which is 30.
-Danzo's right half isn't crushed. He hides his right eye because of the sharingan and his right arm is sealed, not broken.
-Danzo, as pointed out by Ao, stole his sharingan from Shisui, Itachi's old friend.
-Danzo is blood type AB, Obito is blood type O.


Sorry if I'm being a little harsh.....but rarely do I ever read something and have an uncontrollable and audible "WHAT!?" come out of my mouth.

Okay. In the real world, 2+2=4.
In the Naruto world, 2+2 has to be proven to be 4, and its pissing me off.
One thing. Danzo has Shisui Uchihas Sharingan and arm. This was confirmed by Ao. On top of that, if Danzo was Obito, he'd be in his late 20's, not his 60-70s.

He also tried to help Salamander Hanzo take care of Nagato during a time that was close to or before the third ninja world war, which Obito took part of. At this time he was an ADULT. Obito looks just like Naruto did in part I. Get my drift?
Tobi is Madara, Danzo is Danzo, Obito is DEAD. Unless Orochimaru summons him using the Impure World Ressurection, he will REMAIN dead. I seriously think Kishi should be regretting introducing him. They should have just made Kakashi receive his Sharingan under unknown circumstances. Obito is long forgotten.

If you look closely, you can see that his right eye and arm are messed up? You had to look closely to see that?

I wouldn't be surprised if he does. All the important sharingan users have/had it. We don't know how Kakashi unlocked his so it's possible that Danzo stumbled upon the same backdoor into the MS creation. The MS has out-shadowed the regular Sharingan for a long time now, so Kishi giving the last non-MS Sharingan wielder to compete with the other big buys is a strong possibility.
