Does anyone think Neji will get an Upgrade on his Byakugan if he kills his father?

I really like the Byakugan, i think its the coolest eye amongst them all [not the strongest] and would like to see evolve and shwcased more!!!!!!! Neji got shyted on after the naruto series ended, bring him back plz Kish.

very unlikely, but possible, after all if i remember correctly in the chunin exams kakashi ( or someone else) says that byakugan is thought to have possibly come from sharingan due to the similarities of what they see. Sharingan can see chakra, but not chakra points.
