Does Anyone have OFFICIAL Top Strongest DBZ Characters??

I remember someone made a thread a while back before the Resurrection of Frieza or SUPER released and Toriyama made an official list of the strongest powerlevels characters through the interview or something. Does anyone know where I can find it??

Don't think there was ever anything official, but if anything would be official it'd just be what was given compiled into a list from strongest to weakest or vice-versa. Power Levels are pretty much obsolete to Toriyama.
