OT: No one has a counter for C4. Only people with A Dojutsu can counter it.

there's an enormous list of people who counter C4.


Hashirama counters the technique by sensing it and then absorbing it with mokuryu, withstanding it by simultaneously healing while being destroyed, or transforming his infected cells into a tree. Or he could just use mokujin or shinsuusenjuu both of which stand far higher than Deidara's cloud reaches.
