I think you're getting C4 confused with C0.
C4 is the nano bombs that vaporize you from the inside if you inhale them, C0 is deidara's suicide technique.

OT: No one has a counter for C4. Only people with A Dojutsu can counter it.

I think he could use a mokuton shield, and anyway, he could use Kajukai Korin before Deidara could do anything.

having a dojutsu isn't an effective enough counter as Sasuke still ended up with the bombs inside him.

somehow i doubt that regen ability covers a multitude of nano bombs blowing you up from the inside. If having that ability didn't allow Madara to regrow a lost arm, it apparently doesn't cover internal organs getting blown up either.

lol no i know what C4 is.. hence why i said he can't use it if he ain't alive.. He need the chance to use it..

On top of that. he can easily get restrained by Hashirama. Plus you have the wood clone feint.. list keeps going on and on.

Mokuton Dome blocks out the bombs, he merges with a tree (Which aren't affected by C4) or he evades it.
