why do you make a difference between the Sasuke in the manga and anime?
Regardless of that Sasuke neg diffed 1000 ninjas in the beginning of shippuden with just kinjutsu and no sharingan. I doubt 10000 fodder shinobi would be a problem for EMS Sasuke regardless of "manga" or "anime" version

They both are incredibly useful, though. They're pretty strong in combat for medics, but they aren't primarily fighters therefore they can only do but so much.

Yes, in support, they're incredible. No one denies that. However, they're nowhere near the top in fighting ability, so they're not underrated. Tsunade's a good fighter, Sakura isn't so much. Sakura has power, but not the skills to use it properly. (running head-on towards Madara as a juubi jin with 2 rinnegans. SSTTTUUPPIIDDD!)
