Yes 6 ~ 10 weeks are enough to make your muscle to become so big.

Although it depends on your training program and you should train everyday during 6 weeks and you should eat healthy food with protein powder or u can use amino acids.

theres a difference between quality.

what your brother has is explosion muscle. It may look good, but you will still be considered weak. You would be focus on how heavy you can lift rather than how many times. Theres no consistency.

Multiple rep lifts are better for the body because they will keep their shape even after you stop working out. you manage to keep a an endurance, keeping your body lean.

I am pretty sure that if you trained your mind a bit too you would be able to understand that there are many many many many levels between those 2 extremes.

I train at home, and i am not fat. Will maybe a little but i do train hard, i only use the gym as a benchmark test to see how far i have developped.

Home training is useless comparing to gym training
