All I see is saltyness. BM Minato is still stronger than any Version of Hiruzen. You can downplay Minato but there is nothing you can do about the fact that Minato speed blitzes Hiruzen's Prime ass into oblivion.

All I see is hate, Minato was given BM as a plot device for Naruto. He never had the power to control bijuu chakra with a real body, or did you miss the part half Kurama kept him on his knees ?

On top of that ask yourself why people always believed Hiruzen to be the strongest, Hashirama was stronger but people believed his power to be a myth, why ? Because it takes god-tier feats to surpass the 3rd, something Minato never had even if he uses BM.
