Cutting down a branch is not a sage level ability.....and Sarutobi is not close to Hashi's level....he didn't learn sage mode...THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE THAT COULD MAKE ME BELIEVE THAT HE HAS A SAGE MODE.....but you know he's still at the sage users level and maybe above some of them (probably)...I mean not all the characters needs sage powers in order to compete with the other sage users...

All I see is saltyness. BM Minato is still stronger than any Version of Hiruzen. You can downplay Minato but there is nothing you can do about the fact that Minato speed blitzes Hiruzen's Prime ass into oblivion.
