Do you think orochimaru would've discarded Kabuto for Sakura?

Yeah literally never said that.
Healing the damage caused to his arms means dealing with the pain he suffered from. Tsunade is obviously incapable of retrieving the soul from the shinigami.
Orochimaru just wanted to have his arms healed but Tsunade refused. So He used his own method by switching bodies. That's about it.

I guess you have your own opinion. I don't think Kabuto and Orochimaru casually risked their lifes to get help from Tsunade if Kabuto's medical treatment was more than enough.
But I don't want to spoil your fun. So:

Well Yeah but he couldn't free Orochimaru from the pain and the damage caused by the shinigami. Orochimaru was about to die if not for his own method.

Kabuto did prolong Orochimaru's life but he wasn't the solution.
It's also laughable that you think Tsunade was the solution.
.No one can heal the damage done by the Shinigami, not Kabuto or Tsunade. Orochimaru has been shown in pain (because of his arms), when it was time to transfer bodies. He was perfectly fine all the other time as shown in the Manga. Plus Kabuto was doing fine as his Medic.

Kishi clearly had early plans to make Sakura a sound nin but changed it for plot reasons. She is a fusion of teh sound 5,
think about it:
Jirobou- Super strength (CES)
Sakon/Ukon- Two minds? Inner Sakura
Kidomaru- Intelligence
Tayuya- Genjutsu type
Kimimaro- Sakura is a type of flower.
This makes it clear that Kishi retconned his original plan for Sakura because she was too OP so he split her abilities into 5(6) different characters. ShannaroooOoooo!!!

Lol you're trying to put Kabuto over someone who was a direct disciple to someone who he admitted inferiority to. Someone who is stated to have mastered all of her techniques
Tsunade was still Hokage at the time, she was figuring out making that arm at the time she started working on it. It's not like she always knew how. She was still the head medic, Sakura mastering her techniques fresh out of war was not going to replace her immediately.
Sakura was already surpassing medics in other villages in early part 2. Kabuto and Orochimaru got them on unethical experimentation and body altering. They don't do that. That's about it
OP: She would not replace him if she went to him in part 1. She was still too inexperienced and would probably end up being taught by Kabuto further.

The answer is yes but not discarding Kabuto. A Tsunade trained Sakura is just that. Tsunade trained her and handed her knowledge of her techniques. That knowledge could be taught so he would've tried to use Sakura through Sasuke to acquire that knowledge and probably having Kabuto learn it.
Afterall, Kabuto was the one loyal to him. Sakura would be loyal to Sasuke and Orochimaru knew Sasuke wasn't exactly loyal to him anyways. He just wanted power.
