Sakura mind is much more greater than Kabuto, in 2 years she was able to quickly outsmart a life long chemist as well as elders such as chiyo. Her healing is much more potent than Kabutos. Her knowledge is much more vast, and she would have access to the same amount of medical books he is, plus better skill to apply the knowledge .
Sakura would be able to heal orochimaru arms.

OT: Sakura did indeed have the best chakra control of her generation however she wasn't a trained medic. The answer therefore is no but he may have kept her around for other things.

True, but that was oro’s m.o. in general, he was always preying on people that didn’t have too many ties left. Anko, kabuto, sasuke, karin, etc. they all had unique abilities or potential, but they where all also lost kids for the most part, sakura doesn’t fit the description
