Well tbh, he still isn't a match for rinnegan masters. Sasuke is headed in the direction of getting rinnegan so to be equal with him I could see him getting the Juubi. We shall just have to see. Rep for not talking about tobito though.

If Sasuke gets the rinnegan, I can see him getting some sort of Juubi cloak, I would hate that though, he's gotten too OP for my liking now, another power-up would be annoying.
