Do you think Naruto can defeat Sasuke?

Did you hear Sasuke's bones cracking in the fight at Final valley? Naruto is many times stronger than he was back then if Tsunade and Sakura can break bones than Naruto certainly can break Sasuke easily.

Final Valley battle aside, Sasuke has Susanoo. Ultimate defense, and pretty good offense. Although, I'm sure Naruto could get around it somehow, he wo't be able to do it in one hit.

could be the beginning or right then or at the madara fight

All I'm saying is that Naruto has more then enough chakra to last at least to the madara fight

The kyuubi hasn't taken any chakra from Naruto since he started using km and that's stated in the previous chapter. Both modes essentially do the same exact thing for Naruto so I think it's pretty pointless to combine them.

that may be true but when he was training he said himself that he used to much of the kyuubis chakra and i'm pretty sure the nine tails was sucking up his chakra back then

Did you see Tsunade beating Pein out there? Why do you Tsunade wanted Naruto to fight him? Naruto lifted and threw a giant rhino summoning. He killed several Peins in one hit. I don't see why can't do that again.

I may be wrong, but I think Tsunade gets her power from concentrating her chakra to own part of her body, which gives her immense strength. Naruto doesn't do that. Even so, Naruto is stronger than Tsunade.

Since the beginning of Naruto he has wanted to become Hokage, do you really think Kishi would waste all that time just for him to lose to Sasuke and never become Hokage?

Not really. The power Naruto gets from KM and SM is spread throughout his whole body. Tsunade concentrates her chakra to one part of her body, making it many times more powerful.
